Seminaries exist to train faithful ministers for the church. If they fail in this holy assignment, they forfeit their right to exist. Excellence in theological education is multifaceted as it seeks to educate the mind, engage the heart and equip the hands. Many components are necessary to accomplish this lofty goal, and this message will attempt to provide helpful suggestions to bring to fruition this important and essential task.
