Ryan Hutchinson serves as the Executive Vice President (Chief Operating Officer) for Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, and has a Bachelor’s in Accounting from the University of Tampa and a Master of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has served on the executive team since 2000, and has worked for the school for 21 years.
Ryan also served on multiple review committees with the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges, to examine the financial viability and operational capacity of many schools for the purpose of determining accreditation compliance.
Ryan has been involved in local church leadership as an Elder at First Baptist Church in Durham, NC, and in various capacities at Open Door Church in Raleigh, NC, where he and his family are currently members.
Ryan has been married for 19 years to Kimberly, and has two children, Mason and Olivia.
